Junior Event/Account Manager
We usually respond within a week
The Role:
We’re looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow into the world of online and hybrid investor events. You don’t need a long CV — what matters most is that you’re organised, curious, and eager to learn.
This role sits at the heart of our high-volume audiocast production execution. You’ll make sure our clients’ quarterly broadcasts are scheduled, prepared and run smoothly. It’s a lot of responsibility, but you won’t do it alone. You’ll work closely with our tech, design and event teams and learn the craft step by step.
If you’re the kind of person who loves ticking tasks off a list, keeping chaos in order, talking to clients and figuring out better ways to do things — you’ll fit right in.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and deliver multiple audiocast projects from start to finish.
- Prepare broadcasts by building event pages, checking materials, uploading presentations and making sure everything is ready for showtime.
- Communicate with clients and speakers to keep everyone informed and confident ahead of their live broadcast.
- Support the live experience together with our tech and design colleagues.
- Wrap up events with follow-ups, data checks and billing.
- A Plus if you're into automation-flows and IA - You are free to improve how we work, whether it’s simplifying a process or experimenting with automation/AI tools.
Who you are
Your background can be almost anything: event studies, media, business, communications, engineering, tech, customer service or something completely different. What matters is your motivation and attitude and interest in financial communications. You are:
- Organised and reliable. You like structure, you notice details, and you don’t let things fall between the cracks.
- Calm when it counts. Live broadcasts can be hectic — you keep your head clear and focus on solutions.
- A fast learner. New tools don’t scare you; you’re curious and willing to grow your technical understanding.
- A good communicator. You express yourself clearly in Swedish and English. You’re comfortable talking to clients and asking the questions you need to do great work.
- Motivated by doing things well. Quality matters to you. You enjoy being the person who makes sure everything just… works.
What we offer
- Self‑managed, flexible culture. At Inderes there is no hierarchy; you’ll have autonomy to design your workday, contribute beyond your role and learn new skills. We encourage initiative and self‑development.
- Hybrid working. Our studios and offices are in central Stockholm and Helsinki, and we embrace a hybrid workmodel. Part of the onboarding will be in our HQ in Helsinki, so be prepared to travel.
- Team support. Despite our autonomy, you’ll never be alone; you’ll work with supportive colleagues in tech, design and production.
- Competitive compensation and benefits. Transparent salary, option to join our employee share‑savings programme, country-specific benefits and access to continuous professional development.
