Junior Event Manager
We usually respond within a week
The role
We’re looking for a Junior Event Coordinator / Event Manager who will take ownership of our high‑volume audiocast projects to join our Stockholm-based team. You’ll handle the event management of ~60 audiocast-events quarterly, ensuring that each broadcast is scheduled, prepared and executed flawlessly. The work can be repetitive, but it is mission‑critical: our clients are publicly listed companies and they expect error‑free communications. You will have direct contact with clients, learn to use our production tools, and collaborate with colleagues in tech and design to deliver smooth broadcasts. If you have an interest in AI or process automation, you’ll have the freedom to simplify our workflows.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute event projects end-to-end. Manage multiple concurrent audio‑webcasts, ensuring each is correctly managed, scheduled, and executed. You also support logistics, vendor communication and project timelines with your team.
- Set up and manage live streams. Build event-pages, configure registrations and add-ons in our platform and ensure audio/visual setups.
- Coordinate with clients and speakers. Communicate timelines, collect presentation materials and brief speakers so they are comfortable on air. Effective event coordination requires cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management.
- Handle post‑event activities. Support follow‑up communications, data analysis and billing to close the loop.
- Improve processes. Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated; experiment with AI‑based tools to increase efficiency.
Who you are
- Detail‑oriented and calm under pressure. You manage multiple tasks simultaneously, anticipate blockers and execute flawlessly. Mistakes in investor broadcasts are unacceptable - live-pressure is inevitable.
- A fast learner with technical curiosity. You pick up streaming tools quickly, enjoy experimenting with automation and always a plus if you're comfortable around simple CSS-coding.
- Client‑centric communicator. You are confident speaking and writing in Swedish and English; Finnish is a plus, and confidentis speaking with C-level executives. You listen actively, ask clarifying questions and have a pro‑active approach.
- Experience. At least 1–3 years in project management, event coordination, streaming or a related field. Experience with virtual events or streaming platforms is beneficial but not essential. Experience within financial communications is always a plus.
What we offer
- Self‑managed, flexible culture. At Inderes there is no hierarchy; you’ll have autonomy to design your workday, contribute beyond your role and learn new skills. We encourage initiative and self‑development.
- Hybrid working. Our studios and offices are in central Stockholm and Helsinki, and we embrace a hybrid workmodel. Part of the onboarding will be in our HQ in Helsinki, so be prepared to travel.
- Team support. Despite our autonomy, you’ll never be alone; you’ll work with supportive colleagues in tech, design and production.
- Competitive compensation and benefits. Transparent salary, option to join our employee share‑savings programme, country-specific benefits and access to continuous professional development.
