Senior Event/Account Manager
The role
We're looking for a Senior Event Manager / Production Manager / Account Manager to join our Stockholm-based team to lead and sell complex hybrid and virtual events for our largest clients.

This role is for a senior Manager-professional who can lead high-stakes hybrid and virtual investor events end-to-end, owning the budgets, runsheets, stakeholder negotiations in: Quarterly earnings calls, CMDs, AGMs and executive-level corporate broadcasts. You’ll be the client’s strategic partner and operational lead, shaping the format, managing stakeholders and ensuring flawless execution. Responsibilities
- Own strategic and operational delivery of investor events from concept to completion.
- Act as trusted advisor to IR teams, C-level stakeholders and corporate communications.
- Develop event strategy: messaging, audience experience, branding integration and format.
- Lead sales, planning and execution: logistics, vendors, budgets, creative, timelines and onsite operations.
- Translate complexity into clarity for internal teams, partners and clients.
- Drive innovation in hybrid formats, workflows and production quality.
- Mentor junior team members and strengthen our operational culture.
- This role is not execution-only. You’ve acted as a strategic advisor to C-level or IR stakeholders and can challenge clients constructively.
Who you are
- A proven senior event professional. You’ve led multiple large-scale corporate, not just supported them.
- Self-driven. You make decisions, communicate proactively and move things forward without waiting for someone to check on you.
- Calm under pressure. Reporting seasons, shifting priorities and tight timelines don’t throw you — they motivate you.
- Relationship-driven. You build trust quickly and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Languages: Native-level Swedish and fluent English required; other Nordic languages are a plus.
- Nordic market aware. Experience in financial communications or Nordic corporate event formats is an advantage.
- Mobile. Occasional travelling possible.
