Senior Sales Manager, New Accounts
We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Professional to lead Inderes’ international, software-driven growth. Sell IR software to listed companies across Europe, own the full sales cycle!
The Role
We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Professional to spearhead Inderes international software driven growth. If you thrive on opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and have a genuine interest in capital markets, this role is for you.
You'll be selling Inderes IR software solutions – including VideoSync, our virtual events platform, and IR Suite, our comprehensive solution of listed company IR tools – to listed companies across Europe. You'll be the tip of the spear as we expand beyond our strong Nordic home market.

Inderes serves 400+ listed companies in the Nordics. The products work, customers love them, and we're profitable. Our IR software has a strong track record of gaining market share in our home market, and with VideoSync we've already dipped our toes outside the Nordics. You won't be employee #5000 at a faceless corporation – your work will directly shape our international expansion.
What You'll Do
Win new customers in target European markets
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
Work with marketing and product teams to sharpen our international positioning
Participate actively in refining our playbook for international growth
What We're Looking For
Must-haves: Several years of B2B sales experience with proven results in new business acquisition. Hunter mentality. Excellent English. Comfort with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Confidence to engage with C-level executives. Ability to work independently.
Strong advantages: Background in IR, finance, or corporate communications. SaaS sales experience. Additional European languages. Understanding of how listed companies operate.
