Graphic Designer (Freelancer, Fixed Term March–April 2026)
Flik Helsinki is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative and imaginative Design team as a freelancer for a fixed term (March–April 2026), helping bring our online and hybrid events to life. The role is based at our office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, and the Design Team’s working language is English.
Our Events Business Unit delivers over 2,000 online and hybrid events annually across the Nordics, streaming time-critical events to global audiences. Our service covers 360-degree event production — from advisory and planning to production execution and success-metrics evaluation.
We design brand-consistent experiences for both on-site and online audiences and host them on our own proprietary, GDPR-compliant streaming platform, Videosync.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
In the Graphic Designer role, you’ll work closely with our Art Directors and Design team to create design materials for live and online events.
Your core task is translating our clients’ brands into complete, live-ready event design systems — not isolated visuals. Your work spans from early mockups and presentations to final production assets experienced by both on-site and online audiences.
Your work may include:
Visual concepts for events
Event landing pages and promotional visuals
Animated graphics for live screens (e.g. event logo openers, speaker jingles, lower thirds, text graphics)
Preparing print-ready files for physical event materials in collaboration with print houses
You design for live and online events. You understand screens, aspect ratios, camera framing, motion, bitrates, and colour profiles. Your work ensures the event looks clear, consistent, and intentional across screens, stage, and physical spaces.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within events, live production, or digital environments
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with motion graphics
Experience with video editing and 3D design (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) is a plus
A portfolio of relevant work, with clear examples of applying brand guidelines in practical contexts
