The role

FLIK is looking for a Junior AV & Webcast Technician who wants to build a long-term career in webcast production and audiovisual technology.

You don’t need years of industry experience. What matters most is curiosity, a willingness to learn and the motivation to take on new challenges. You’ll join our Events production team and work closely with experienced colleagues who will support you through comprehensive onboarding. You’ll start by working alongside them and take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

We deliver more than 2,000 hybrid events every year across the Nordics through our own platform Videosync for listed companies, public organisations and private sector clients.

What you’ll do

· Operate video and audio tech in our studios and simple on-site productions

· Assist the team with large on-site setups

· Help solve technical issues together with the team

· Make sure our customers and their audiences get a smooth experience

Technical environment

You’ll work with technologies such as:

· vMix, Companion, Madmapper and other software-based AV tools

· AVoIP protocols such as NDI and Dante

· PTZ cameras

· Wireless microphones and digital audio mixers

· Streaming platforms

Who you are

· Have a basic understanding of operating video and audio technology in live event production, whether from studies, work, hobbies or streaming

· Have relevant education or experience in AV, media, events, IT or customer service

· Have an open-minded attitude and a desire to learn

· Take action and stay calm when situations change unexpectedly

· You are a self-managing team player

· Love working with customers

· Have a valid B driver’s licence

· Have professional Finnish skills and intermediate English skills

The position is full-time and permanent. Work happens mostly on our premises and on-site in Helsinki with the option for hybrid work where applicable.

The salary range for this position is 2400 - 3000eur/mo + benefits, based on experience and skills. Our company benefits include meal, recreational and phone allowances among others.
